I am writing to complain about the terrible performance of the DS5 operating system I bought from your company. I recently ordered the DS5 from your online service, which I received yesterday. The DS5 did not work, so I emailed the DS5 customer service site, but received no reply. Then I telephoned your helpdesk, but the agent didn’t speak English, only Japanese, and kept me on hold for more than thirty minutes; something I feel is very annoying.
Therefore, I would like to arrange a free collection of the DS5 immediately, or I will contact your superior, Ms Sato,who is head of operations.Something I am sure you don’t want.
I expect an immediate response to this mail.
